I agree that things you plan so well often never go the way you thought it should, but sometimes that is a good thing because we may not be aware of what is good for us, or there may be an alternative. Murphy&#039;s Laws are written down for a reason: they are so true. You seem to have taken the right attitude in knowing that the way to succeed is to be confident and resilient. You have a good attitude and that should work for you...most of the time...because the best laid plans of mice and men (and women) often go awry. 
BTW, I have some favorite Murphy&#039;s Laws myself. One of them is &quot;Whatever you drop on the floor will roll to the furthest and least accessible part of the room.&quot; And the other one is not necessarily a law from Murphy, but it is one my dad taught me and it is so true &quot;No good deed goes unpunished.&quot; Think about it the next time you offer to do a favor for somebody.
